2025AW Collection
This collection was created on the theme of "boredom."
I lived in a rural town surrounded by rice fields and mountains. Until high school, I spent my days somewhat boring, but I felt like I had found a guide for life by coming into contact with fashion, music, and art. However, in reality, I also felt that these were just a way to distract myself from boredom.
Currently, I work with a passion to see and create new things, but I still find boredom painful, and I cannot deny the feeling that I am disguising myself.
So, I took "boredom," which was the starting point of my own brand, as my theme, and developed my designs inspired by the thoughts and actions of people who feel bored. For example, the positive attitude of Russian futurists toward war, opium addicts, and excessive drinking in daily life.
Humanity has changed from nomads to farmers, and in modern times we live in an information society that individuals cannot keep up with. While I am exhausted by this reality, I also feel a contradiction in myself as I challenge 3D printing technology in search of something new.
Taking these conflicting attitudes of "boredom" and the desire to seek out new things as my theme, I developed a design incorporating the latest technology. I explored the intersection between the private and the world, through contrasts between handmade and industrial products, and between the primitive and the advanced.
All materials were produced with a 3D printer and processed by hand. I have attempted to create abstract designs that can be interpreted differently by each viewer, so I hope you will enjoy them and say, "This looks like this."
