Refund policy

DELIVERY

We ship ships worldwide, all purchases are carefully hand packed and provided with a tracking number. 
In-stock items：Shipped within 3 days.
Ordered items： Shipped within 3 days after production. Please check the product page for production times.

SHIPPING FEE

Shipping fee is included in all products. Both within Japan and overseas.
However, duties and taxes are not included. Please check the "DUTIES AND TAXES" section.

SHIPPING ORIGIN

All items are shipped from Japan.

DELIVERY TIMES

・Shipping within Japan ： Delivered within 2-3 business days
・Shipping outside Japan ： Delivered in about business 1-2 weeks

DUTIES AND TAXES

・Within Japan ： consumption tax is included.
・Outside Japan：please note that the shipping rates are not inclusive of any customs or import duties that could be levied when the package reaches your destination country. Please note that you are responsible for paying these charges.

PLEASE NOTE THAT

We will not accept returns or exchanges, refuns if any of the following apply:

・All products are made by hand, and there may be some localized small holes or uneven particles on the surface, which are traces left by the normal manufacturing process of the product. The surface gloss and color will also be affected by the weather and temperature during production, dents, slight delays, dye taste, new product smell, etc. (The above points are within the tolerance range of international inspection standards and are not defective products.)

・We cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size, incorrect order quantity, or the product being different from what you expected.
・ For sanitary reasons, earrings (with a stud component) cannot be returned. (Ear clips can)
・ Items on sale cannot be returned.
・ All returned items must be in its original condition, unused, unaltered & undamaged.
・ All returned items must be complete with all original tags and/or packaging.
・ The return must be posted in the package in which it was received, or else an equally secure outer box.

RETURNS

If you have a reason to return an item other than those listed above, or if the item is faulty when it arrives, we will accept your return.
Please contact info@tajiri-official.com in order to receive your returns form.
Once you open your return request, you have 15 days to send your item(s) back to us.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges requested via info@tajiri-official.com are only processed upon receipt of returned merchandise and are based on stock availability at that time. We are not able to reserve or guarantee stock in advance. Exchanges are shipped to you free of charge.

REFUNDS

Depending on your payment method, refunds may take several days to process.

Please note that we do not refund shipping costs or any duties or taxes incurred.
